It's not much, but this is a poem I wrote last summer.... please accept it, Krishna, & bless it with your infinite sweetness!
The sky, O Krishna
is the color
of Your luminous skin
The clouds
are like delicate pearls
draped across your graceful neck
A million tiny, wet kisses
are the raindrops
which bless my face & hands
Like rosewater
sprinkled in the air
I Love to dance
among the spirits of the forest
chanting your Holy Name
throughout
As I drift off
into Time imperceptible
surely it is Thy glorious Face
which comforts me.
The sky, O Krishna

of Your luminous skin
The clouds
are like delicate pearls
draped across your graceful neck
A million tiny, wet kisses
are the raindrops
which bless my face & hands
Like rosewater
sprinkled in the air
I Love to dance
among the spirits of the forest
chanting your Holy Name
throughout
As I drift off
into Time imperceptible
surely it is Thy glorious Face
which comforts me.
